Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management for data centre construction projects
- Negotiate and administer complex contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions and local regulatory requirements
- Manage contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
- Monitor project performance against contractual obligations and KPIs
- Coordinate between project teams, clients, and legal stakeholders
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for contractual exposures
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law or related field
- 5+ years' contract management experience in construction/data centre projects
- Professional certification (e.g., ACI, CICM, PMP) preferred
- Expertise in FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to contractual nuances
- Proven track record in risk assessment and claim management
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite
