Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all pre-contract activities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, and finalizing agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage post-contract activities, including monitoring progress claims, variations, and final account settlements to ensure accurate payments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are executed in accordance with the approved contract documents and specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian construction laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget updates.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and mitigate risks.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and services, ensuring value for money and adherence to contractual terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Management and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Valid QS license or professional membership (e.g., QSM Malaysia or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract and Malaysian Standard Forms of Contract.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Primavera P6) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
