We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Malaysian interior fit-out works to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction costs, contract administration, and tendering processes specifically tailored to the interior fit-out industry in Malaysia. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project costs, and providing financial advice to stakeholders. Your expertise in Malaysian building codes, regulations, and industry standards will be crucial in ensuring project compliance and success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects
- Manage contracts, including negotiation, preparation, and administration of agreements with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Manage the tendering process, including pre-qualification, evaluation, and recommendation of contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with focus on interior fit-out works
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is highly desirable
- Experience in contract administration and dispute resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
