Join a dynamic and growing finance team at Income Insurance Limited as a Contract Manager, Regulatory Reporting. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our SFRS and MAS reporting initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end regulatory reporting lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned reporting lead to drive process efficiencies and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of critical regulatory disclosures. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline data collection and reporting processes, contributing significantly to the company's operational excellence and regulatory standing in the insurance sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the SFRS and MAS regulatory reporting projects, ensuring all statutory filings are submitted accurately and on time.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort within the finance team.
- Review and validate complex financial data and reports to ensure full compliance with MAS guidelines and internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to gather and reconcile necessary data for regulatory disclosures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in the insurance and financial services sector and implement necessary adjustments.
- Prepare detailed regulatory reports and correspondence for external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in regulatory reporting, specifically with SFRS and MAS frameworks within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
