In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial lifecycle of large-scale, high-tech infrastructure projects.
As our Contract Manager, you will act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring that all contractual obligations, risks, and financial interests are managed with precision. You will work closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to drive project profitability while ensuring compliance with stringent safety and quality standards typical of the semiconductor and data center sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end contract administration process for complex semiconductor or data center construction projects.
- Review, draft, and negotiate tender documents, subcontracts, and supply agreements to mitigate commercial risks.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and claims, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with budget targets.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead negotiation sessions with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective and favorable commercial outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on contractual disputes and lead dispute resolution strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all commercial activities and contractual correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, specifically in Semiconductor or Data Center projects.
- Strong proficiency in standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, or FIDIC).
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage high-value variations and claims in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
