Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction contracts from tendering to close-out.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and detailed cost reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify measurements for payment claims.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual issues professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local construction regulations and standards.
- Prepare accurate valuation of works and manage variation orders.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Standard Building Plans (MS 1515) and FMA contracts.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRSM, QSM, or ARSM).
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
