Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycles and best practices.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to evaluate candidate competencies effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
