Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycles and best practices.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to evaluate candidate competencies effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
