We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our legal and contractual services, ensuring organizational excellence across our Manufacturing and Logistics operations.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements that protect the company’s interests while fostering business growth. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and employment contracts to ensure clarity, legality, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, archiving, and renewal.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate legal risks within ongoing business relationships.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to resolve contractual disputes and interpret complex terms.
- Maintain an up-to-date contract register to track obligations, deadlines, and renewal dates.
- Provide expert advice to management regarding risk management and contractual liability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the Manufacturing or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, Civil Code (KUH Perdata), and Labor Law.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to draft precise and legally sound language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract management software (SAP experience is a strong plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
