Tanggung Jawab
- Manage on-site construction operations to ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material resources for seamless execution
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and compliance with Indonesian construction regulations
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or superintendent roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and labor teams effectively
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Certification in construction safety (SMK3) preferred
