Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Unit and Facility Management teams.
  • Manage and coordinate contract-related documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Support the procurement process for facility services and vendor management.
  • Organize and maintain office facilities and shared spaces to ensure a productive environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in management systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
