Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals
- Provide administrative support to the Business Unit, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Process invoices and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and fulfill requests
- Assist in the implementation of facility management processes and procedures
- Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in administrative support or contract management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
