Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process contract documentation with precision and timeliness
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and termination notices
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts payable records
- Support budget tracking and expense management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
