Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support facility operations and business unit functions.
  • Oversee financial documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare accurate periodic reports on operational performance and financial status for management review.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and databases to support audit readiness and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting for facility maintenance and project expenses.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, finance, or contract support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of facility management operations and financial control processes.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
