- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and clients
- Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies
- Manage contract lifecycles from initiation through execution and renewal
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to align contract terms with business objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend contractual safeguards
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure timely renewals
- Support deal teams during contract negotiations and stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of contract management or procurement experience
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of complex agreements
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software
- Deep understanding of commercial terms, SLAs, and legal compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM) preferred
