As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are minimized, and opportunities are maximized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and databases
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Monitor contract performance and renewal dates, providing timely notifications to relevant parties
- Conduct periodic contract audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in resolving contract disputes and negotiating amendments as necessary
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices in contract administration
- Prepare reports and summaries of contract status and performance for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
