Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit competitive tender documents, including bill of quantities (BQ) and cost estimations.
- Conduct accurate material take-offs and measurements from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and implement effective tender strategies to improve our success rate in bidding.
- Manage contract administration, including progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, budget tracking, and financial analysis for senior management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure project procurement targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a construction firm or consultancy.
- Proficiency in BQ preparation and knowledge of various standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT, FIDIC).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant construction software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight project deadlines.
