Join Hunza Properties as a Contracts Executive / Site Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in our construction projects in Penang. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee all pre and post contract administration for designated projects. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project costing, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all pre and post contract administration for designated projects
- Prepare, review, and manage contract documents, including tender documents, agreements, and variations
- Monitor project costing and ensure financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct quantity surveying and measurement work for construction projects
- Analyze and evaluate project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads
- Prepare and submit monthly valuation reports and payment certificates
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration and quantity surveying
- Proficient in contract management principles and construction industry practices
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with construction contracts and legal requirements
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Professional certification in quantity surveying is an added advantage
