Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end contract drafting, review, and negotiation for construction/infrastructure projects
- Provide legal advisory services to project teams on risk mitigation and compliance
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution to closure
- Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes
- Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate amendments/renewals
- Ensure adherence to local/international construction laws and regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, contractors, internal teams) on legal requirements
- Monitor industry legal developments and update policies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with 5+ years' contracts management experience
- Specialized knowledge in construction/infrastructure contract law
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional legal certification (e.g., Bar admission) required
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software
