Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management from drafting to negotiation and execution
- Review and interpret complex contractual terms to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and finance departments
- Manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships to optimize project delivery
- Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with company objectives
- Resolve contractual disputes and ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in construction or infrastructure
- Proficiency in Singaporean contract law and FIDIC standards
- Certified Contracts Manager (CCM) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced skills in negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle)
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and precision
