Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end contract administration for large-scale civil engineering projects
- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts including variations, amendments, and claims
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC terms, local regulations, and project specifications
- Manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships
- Provide contractual guidance to project teams and resolve disputes
- Monitor contract performance metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate with legal counsel on high-risk contractual matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in civil construction
- Proficiency in FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Certified Contracts Manager (CCM) or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with construction claim management and dispute resolution
- Advanced proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore)
