In this role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring that all architectural projects are executed with precise contractual oversight, risk mitigation, and financial control. You will bridge the gap between technical design teams and operational stakeholders, providing expert advice on contractual obligations and dispute resolution. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from pre-tender evaluation to final account settlement.
- Review, draft, and negotiate architectural and construction sub-contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor project performance against contractual KPIs and report on variances to senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual disputes effectively.
- Manage progress claims, variations, and cost control processes to maintain project margins.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contracts management within the architectural or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, REDAS).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for contractual detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant project management and cost control software.
