Tanggung Jawab
- Lead contract administration and quantity surveying activities across multiple building construction projects
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and variation orders with clients and subcontractors
- Develop and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability targets are met
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contractual and commercial exposures
- Manage claims preparation, settlement negotiations, and dispute resolution processes
- Liaise with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to optimize project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in contracts management and quantity surveying for building projects
- Professional qualification from a recognized institution (e.g., SCSI, AIQS, SISV, or equivalent) is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC, REDAS, FIDIC) and local construction industry practices
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with Top-Tier A1 Main Contractors or established consultancy firms is preferred
- Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
