Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries about the menu, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding dining area.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing retail items, condiments, and dining supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service crew to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Upsell promotional items and menu add-ons to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding cash handling, discounts, and refunds.
Kualifikasi
- High School (K-12) Graduate / Senior High School Graduate. A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- At least 6 months of experience in a cashiering role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling transactions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
- Must be willing to work at SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
