Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and transaction handling
- Resolve payment discrepancies and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment at checkout stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier areas
- Upsell promotional items and loyalty programs during transactions
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless customer flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
