Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement robust cost control mechanisms to optimize operational expenses and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular internal audits of operational processes to identify risks and suggest improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Maintain internal control systems and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflow and financial efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze project-level profitability to support strategic business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Controller, Cost Control, or Internal Audit roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards (PSAK), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated integrity and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional reporting.
