Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Supervise finance team members and foster a culture of accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controller or senior accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or mining industry preferred
