Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end/quarterly/year-end closing processes
- Lead strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage financial reporting for stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable business insights
- Direct cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Spearhead audit coordination and compliance with BIR/SEC requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in finance management roles
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
