Join Graha Bumi Hijau as our Converting Production Supervisor and lead the heart of our tissue manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll oversee the entire converting production process, ensuring seamless workflow, quality standards, and operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for optimizing production lines, reducing waste, and maintaining strict safety protocols while mentoring production teams to achieve daily targets. This position offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute directly to our mission of delivering premium tissue products to Indonesian markets.
We seek a hands-on leader with deep expertise in tissue converting processes who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality control, and logistics to resolve production bottlenecks and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to developing talent while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire tissue converting production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process optimization initiatives
- Train and supervise production staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and repairs
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with ISO and HSE regulations
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tissue/converting production supervision
- Strong knowledge of tissue manufacturing machinery and processes
- Proven leadership skills in manufacturing environments
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Certification in HSE management preferred
