Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle end-to-end conveyancing files, including subsale, loan documentation, and discharge of charge.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including Sales and Purchase Agreements and loan facility documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, bankers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth transaction progression.
  • Conduct land office searches, caveat lodgments, and other relevant registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital case files.
  • Coordinate with internal lawyers to ensure all statutory requirements and timelines are met.
  • Monitor billing and collection processes for assigned files.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or legal assistant.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian property law and land office procedures.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Relevant diploma in Law or a related field is an added advantage.
