Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete conveyancing processes for developer projects, sub-sales, and loan transactions
- Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents including Sale & Purchase Agreements, transfer forms, and loan documentation
- Conduct thorough title searches, due diligence, and property verification
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies for smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation systems
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on transaction progress
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian property laws and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience in a legal practice
- Proven track record handling developer projects, sub-sales, and loan transactions
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent document drafting skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant legal qualification or certification preferred
