Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process conveyancing documents, including sale and purchase agreements, memoranda of transfer, and loan documents.
- Manage client correspondence and maintain professional relationships throughout the transaction process.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all property and legal files.
- Liaise with solicitors, banks, and government bodies (e.g., Lembaga Jenelayakan Malaysia) to facilitate smooth transaction progress.
- Conduct title searches and verify property details to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation complies with current legal regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of registration documents for land offices.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a conveyancing, legal, or administrative role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread complex documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic understanding of property law procedures and land registration is a plus.
