We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Conveyancing Lawyer to join The Supreme HR Advisory. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Your daily responsibilities will involve drafting and reviewing essential legal instruments, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and loan agreements. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients to ensure a seamless property transfer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or junior practitioner looking to specialize in conveyancing and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and loan agreements.
- Conducting title searches and performing due diligence on property titles.
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.
- Managing case files and ensuring all strict deadlines are met efficiently.
- Providing clear legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property matters.
- Ensuring strict compliance with statutory requirements and local regulations.
- Assisting senior lawyers with complex legal research and documentation preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admitted to the Bar or actively pursuing admission to practice law.
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge of property and real estate law.
- Excellent written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in legal documents.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
