Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing files, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with bankers, developers, and government agencies to ensure timely completion of files.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to expand our client base in the Selangor region.
- Manage social media and digital content that positions the firm as a thought leader in real estate law.
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate, professional advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify growth opportunities for the practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and recognized as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in conveyancing practice.
- Proven ability to bridge legal tasks with marketing/branding initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively between legal work and marketing tasks.
