Sea Limited is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our COO Office in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving mission-critical initiatives that directly contribute to the company's long-term growth and operational excellence across our core businesses, including Garena, Shopee, and SeaMoney.
As a member of the COO Office, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will work closely with executive leadership to translate high-level vision into actionable projects, ensuring that our operations remain lean, scalable, and ahead of market trends. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end strategic projects initiated by the COO Office, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads (Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to drive synergy and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Develop detailed project frameworks, including resource planning, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder meetings and prepare executive-level presentations on project milestones and KPIs.
- Establish and standardize project management best practices and governance models across the regional teams.
- Monitor market developments and internal performance metrics to identify new opportunities for operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Engineering, or Economics.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management in a top-tier tech company.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus).
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex business problems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective collaboration.
