Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients (mise en place) for daily pastry production.
- Support the baking process by preparing and shaping doughs and batters.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to management.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency in product output.
- Help in packaging and storing finished bakery products correctly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK) preferred, preferably in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
- Previous experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or restaurant kitchen is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of baking ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
