DIAMOND H MARINE SVCS. & SHIPPING AGENCY INC., a leading maritime services provider, is currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team for specialty vessel operations. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals with valid Schengen Visa to work in the dynamic maritime industry.
We are looking for an experienced Cook to prepare meals for crew members aboard our heavylift vessels operating on international trade routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, purchasing food supplies, and ensuring the galley is maintained in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for vessel crew members
- Manage food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and onboard sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with vessel management for meal schedules and special dietary requirements
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of food items
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance needs
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook in a commercial or maritime setting
- Valid Schengen Visa (required for international vessel operations)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a confined ship environment for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different culinary requirements and crew preferences
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of shipboard work
