Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operations and activities within the department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Liaise with medical staff, patients, and families to provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain and update patient records and administrative databases with precision.
- Assist in the scheduling of appointments and managing inter-departmental communications.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
