Tanggung Jawab
- Manage leasing inquiries and provide exceptional support to tenants to foster strong relationships.
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and filing of lease agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and events team to execute loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate information regarding customers and tenants.
- Monitor tenant performance and provide constructive feedback to the leasing management team.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the execution of mall events and sponsorships to drive foot traffic and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in leasing, partnership management, or event coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
