You will be the bridge between our restaurant partners and our digital platform, ensuring that every menu item is represented beautifully and accurately. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for food.
Your primary focus will be on the creation, updating, and rigorous quality checking of vendor menus and photos. You will work closely with restaurant owners to collect high-quality images and ensure that descriptions are engaging and error-free. By maintaining high content standards, you will directly contribute to a better user experience and increased customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update restaurant menus across the Foodpanda platform with accuracy.
- Coordinate with restaurant vendors to obtain high-quality food photography.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all content before publication.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal in all food listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns and special menu updates.
- Maintain a database of vendor assets and contact information.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for food and a good understanding of customer service principles.
