Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and edit high-quality visual content (images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with the brand's lifestyle and fashion aesthetic.
- Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars, including posts, stories, and live sessions.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including promotional events and product launches.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to report on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in the retail, lifestyle, fashion, events, or creative industry is highly preferred.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
