Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and organized
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications
- Support operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks within deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is a bonus but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
