Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs ensuring new hires integrate successfully
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
- Implement performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Oversee compliant offboarding procedures including exit interviews and documentation
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance matters and contractual documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR coordination or similar role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Act)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
