Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support ongoing mission projects and outreach programs.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for departmental activities.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, mission partners, and relevant external organizations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of mission-related events, workshops, and gatherings.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and leadership teams.
  • Manage logistical arrangements, including travel coordination and scheduling for mission personnel.
  • Provide front-line administrative support and ensure office procedures are followed efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a mission-driven team.
  • Familiarity with church operations or non-profit organizations is highly advantageous.
