In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our potential riders and their onboarding journey. Your primary focus will be managing the logistics of our recruitment sessions to ensure a seamless experience for all candidates. You will take charge of scheduling onboarding sessions, meticulously tracking attendance, and proactively following up with candidates to ensure every seat is filled. If a candidate misses their slot, it is your responsibility to coordinate re-bookings efficiently. Beyond scheduling, you will assist the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks, ensuring that our rider acquisition process runs smoothly and effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of rider onboarding sessions to ensure full capacity.
- Follow up with scheduled candidates via phone or email to confirm attendance.
- Handle re-booking of candidates for missed or rescheduled sessions professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in the collection and verification of candidate documentation during the onboarding process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding venue details, timings, and requirements.
- Generate daily or weekly reports on session attendance and recruitment metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Business, Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or customer service is highly preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer for administrative tasks.
