- Coordinate daily operational activities and schedules across various departments to ensure efficiency.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and accurate record keeping.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely solutions to team members.
- Handle budget tracking and assist with financial reporting as required by management.
- Liaise with different teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow optimization.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
