Polindo Utama is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator Warehouse & Quality Control to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure the highest standards of quality control for all inbound and outbound goods. We are looking for a professional who can manage the QC team effectively, execute rigorous audits, and implement training programs to maintain operational excellence. You will play a key role in optimizing logistics workflows and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior product quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to inbound and outbound quality standards.
- Conduct regular warehouse audits to identify areas for improvement and non-conformities.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of QC personnel.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, audit reports, and training logs.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations from standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or quality control roles.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and ISO standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
