We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Core System Development Manager to lead our mission-critical software initiatives in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of software engineers and developers specializing in core system architecture.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for core system development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-availability backend systems and enterprise software.
- Implement CI/CD best practices, automated testing, and rigorous code review processes to ensure high software quality.
- Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget planning for software initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT operations and security teams to ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to prevent downtime or service disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing core banking, ERP, or large-scale transactional enterprise systems.
- Deep technical knowledge of Java, Go, or .NET ecosystems and modern microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical debt scenarios.
- Strong leadership communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
