Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and purchasing high-quality corn from local suppliers across Jawa Timur
- Negotiating competitive prices and favorable terms with suppliers to optimize costs
- Evaluating supplier performance and building strong, long-term relationships
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely procurement to prevent production delays
- Conducting market research to identify pricing trends and new supplier opportunities
- Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and storage of corn
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation for compliance
- Ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in agricultural or manufacturing sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Knowledge of corn quality standards, market trends, and agricultural supply chains
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed purchasing decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English for supplier communications
