We are currently looking for a highly skilled Corporate Accountant to join our growing finance department in Ipoh, Perak. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated finance professional to manage the financial reporting for the group. You will take charge of preparing monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements, ensuring absolute accuracy and strict adherence to MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards). Your role will go beyond basic bookkeeping; you will provide critical insights into the company’s financial health, assist in budget preparation, and support strategic decision-making processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly financial statements in strict compliance with MFRS.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the group.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual performance and budgeted figures.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports to relevant government authorities.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing requested schedules and documentation.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Candidate with professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
