Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
